Burning Hearts- Luke 24:32 : An Important Announcement!

In Luke 24:13-35, two heartbroken and dismayed disciples were on their way from Jerusalem to Emmaus convinced that Jesus’ crucifixion and tomb were the end of the story. They followed Jesus for years, heard Him speak, witnessed His miracles, and journeyed with Him from town to town. While they were walking, Jesus began walking with them “but their eyes prevented them from recognizing Him.” The Risen Christ opened up the scriptures and explained the mystery of His life and death. As Jesus revealed Himself to the disciples their hearts burned within them.

This blog is a little look into our walk with Christ, as He patiently reveals Himself to us on our journey into missions, and how we in turn get the privilege to share the news of the Resurrected Christ with others. The news of a Christ that suffered and died so He can reach each and everyone of us in our darkness and sufferings, and bring His light, His life, His joy and His glory. We would be honored if you would share this journey with us, and pray for us as we walk along the road Christ is leading us on. Please know we will pray for you.
